? Advise MIT students and faculty entrepreneurs across campus in all areas of entrepreneurship, including: go-to-market strategy, financing, personnel issues and customer acquisition.

Launched the MIT Future Founders Prize Competition, a cross-campus initiative to increase the number of female faculty who translate their research into real world applications through entrepreneurship. Developed and run the program, recruited faculty entrepreneurs and manage relationship with VC donor.
? Director of MIT Fuse,MIT’s entrepreneurship accelerator for newly launched ventures.
? Lecture across the world on entrepreneurship.
? Teach the highest-rated entrepreneurial class offered at MIT Sloan: Entrepreneurial Founding & Teams(course focused on organizational challenges at growing ventures).
報告內容：
教授首先將會介紹商業模式、客戶獲取渠道、理想客戶畫像等相關的概念。之后教授將進一步引導學生通過各種實際案例分析趨勢、市場規模、了解導致初創企業失敗的常見原因、并學會如何對公司進行估值和了解創投的商業模式。最后講座還將探討中美兩國的初創企業（獨角獸企業)的相同與不同之處。
The professor will first introduce concepts related to business models, customer acquisition channels, and ideal customer profiles. Students will then be guided through a variety of real-world cases to analyze trends, market sizes, understand common reasons why startups fail, learn how to value companies, and understand venture capital business models. The lecture will also explore the similarities and differences between Chinese and American startups (unicorns).
